PTB produces custom-made tools for Romaris Staal

Romaris Staal is a modern and flexible steel-production company, with more than 20 years experience en know-how in pre-processing steel constructions for the Dutch and German maritime market. Shipping companies and shipyards ask Romaris for high quality steel products. Romaris is very qualified in 3D-transformation techniques. 

Bending large plate material

The tools produced by PTB are made out of high quality tool steel, made by CNC turning, CNC milling and hardening, all done in our PTB factory. The tools are mainly used for bending large plate material. 

The pressure blocks and bending tools are mounted on a large press at the Romaris site, after which the plate material can be bended to size.
